How to cancel Memberships

Go to Customers > Account Management > Search.
Enter desired customers name.
Click the Search button.
From Account Overview, click the Memberships tab.
Click the More Options icon for desired customer.
From the drop down, select Cancel Membership/Auto Renew.
From the Cancel Membership page, click the Cancel Membership button. This will cancel the auto renew for the Membership, and set the Membership expiration date to the date cancelled.
Note: If you do not want to have the Membership expire immediately, click the Cancel Auto Renew. Now the Membership will expire on its original expiration date and will not renew at that time.
