The linked emails are not working when I click them. How do I fix this?

This is usually a computer setup issue.

Follow the steps below to change your computers settings to open email links successfully:

  • On your computer, navigate to the Search bar.
  • Type in "Default Apps."
  • Click Enter.
  • Select "Default Apps" option from Search Results.
  • For Email, choose desired App to open email links with i.e Outlook
    • Note: Do not use Google Chrome as your desired App to open emails.
  • Once desired email App has been selected, you will be able to utilize your email links.
