This is usually a computer setup issue.
Follow the steps below to change your computers settings to open email links successfully:
- On your computer, navigate to the Search bar.
- Type in "Default Apps."
- Click Enter.
- Select "Default Apps" option from Search Results.
- For Email, choose desired App to open email links with i.e Outlook
- Note: Do not use Google Chrome as your desired App to open emails.
- Once desired email App has been selected, you will be able to utilize your email links.
