April 2nd Enhancements Notification
Important Information For TeamSideline Customers
TeamSideline will implement the next set of 2023 Enhancements in our Release this Sunday night, April 2nd. In addition to the items below, we have made many other improvements throughout TeamSideline thanks to your suggestions. If you have any feedback, please email bruce@teamsideline.com. Youth Camp Registration
In this Release we are implementing a major enhancement to your ability to handle Youth Camp (or Clinic) registrations. What is changing from what you can do today? Today, the Individual Youth registration type works great for camps or clinics that require a single payment for a specific period of time – in other words a clinic over X days or weeks that is for a single dollar amount. The new “Youth Camp Registration” module considerably amps up the flexibility of youth registrations so you can have different day or week sessions over an extended period of time that can be paid for separately, with different payment plans, with a maximum number of participants, and with options for add-ons for specific sessions. That’s just a quick summary. In short it makes sign up for camps and clinics much easier for you to setup – and much much easier for your members to sign up into. For example if someone signs up into multiple sessions they won’t have to agree to the same terms & conditions multiple times. Anyway, worth checking out if you run camps or clinics that the Individual Youth registration type does not handle well. Payment Plan Updates
Some nice changes have been completed by our dev team for making payment plans work better for our organizations.
- The Frequency of the payment plans can now be set for every 2 or 3 weeks in addition to the existing weekly, monthly or custom options.
- Payment plan charges on the same order for the same date will be consolidated into one charge for your customers.
Report Changes
We’ve enhanced some of our reports located at Reports > Report Exports based on admin feedback.
- Enrollment Information – optional fields Program Duration and Enrollee ID have been added. Enrollee ID can now be used in conjunction with the Parent Custom Field Import (By Id) Import to update specific custom fields for your volunteers.
- Team Information – the ability to link a sponsor to a team was recently added. Now you can export out the Sponsor Name you’ve associated to your teams.
Please note that the downtime period to enable these enhancements will be from 10:00pm – 1:00am (Pacific) on Sunday night, April 2nd.
