July 17th Enhancements Notification 

Important Information For TeamSideline Customers

TeamSideline will implement the next set of 2023 Enhancements in our Release this Monday night, July 17th.  In addition to the items below, we have made many other improvements throughout TeamSideline thanks to your suggestions.  If you have any feedback, please email bruce@teamsideline.com.  If you have questions about how something is done, please email support@teamsideline.com.

Mail Merge Enhancement

We have now enabled the ability for imported files like Birth Certificates to be able to be printed in a readable format within a Mail Merge document (https://support.teamsideline.com/hc/en-us/articles/201152147).  If this is a feature your organization is interested in, please send an email to sales@teamsideline.com.

Training Videos

For your viewing pleasure, we have increased the size of our training videos.  Videos are displayed at the bottom of some pages in the Information Related to this Page area and on the Help > Online Training page.

If you are new to TeamSideline or just want a refresher, refer to one of these articles for a list of helpful videos to watch.  We’ll have more available in the coming releases.

Credit Card Refunding

We are working to continue to improve the credit card refunding process and have made a few adjustments based on feedback.

  • If there are multiple enrollments on one order, cancel both enrollments and then on the Account Overview page, click the Add Transaction button to refund the credit card.  This will help avoid the partial refunding issue admins have been running into.
  • If there are Add-Ons associated with the enrollment, you now have the ability to easily select which Add-Ons to include in the refund.
  • A Comments box has been added for the one step refund process.
  • Volunteer refunds will now only give you the option of No Refund since these are zero dollar enrollments.

Reporting

For the new “Player Grade” validation option for Youth Registration programs, we have added Enrollee Grade to the Enrollment Information report.  This report is under Reports > Report Exports.

Please note that the downtime period to enable these enhancements will be from 10:00pm – 1:00am (Pacific) on Monday night, July 17th.
