An email may have been returned to TeamSideline which automatically creates a Filter. For more information on Filters, click here.
To Review and Delete Filters:
- Log into your TeamSideline Account.
- Click on your name at the top of the page or on My Account > My Profile on your Home page.
- Click the Edit button next to your email address. Now you can review any email filters that have been placed on your email address.
- Remove the Filter by clicking the X delete icon.
You can also see any missed emails under Communications > Received from the menu.
