Deploying Team Sites is a registration process. Scheduling customers do not have access to automatically publish Team Sites, although anyone can use the Team Site feature for free by signing up at TeamSideline.com and adding their roster and schedule.
The team sites are private to the team. If your looking for public team site information -- then we recommend using Team pages. You can create team pages using the Site Page Structure tool under content.
Note: You cannot deploy team sites until staff and players have been added to the team rosters.
Team Rosters and Team Sites are managed within the Program.
Here is the standard process:
1. Registration (players and volunteers enrolled)
2. Create league, divisions, and team structure under Schedules > Leagues & Divisions
3. Link program to League.
4. Assign staff(volunteers) & players to teams by going to Programs > Manage Programs > Select Program > 4 Rosters > Assign to Roster. This is a drag and drop process that includes the option to filter by offering, DOB, and other enrollment fields.
5. Once the rosters are compete, go to the 5 Team Sites tab of the Program page. From here, the green "Play" icon will publish Team Sites. The yellow house icon will take you to that specific team's Team Site page.
