How do I archive a registration program and archive team sites?

To archive a registration program:

1. Go to the Programs > Manage Programs page.
2. Click the name of the program you want to archive.
3. Click the 1 Setup tab.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and click the checkbox next to Yes, archive this program.
5. Click the Save button.

Note: If you have team sites associated to a registration program then you will need to archive the team sites before you can archive the registration program. 

Here are instructions for Admins to archive team sites from the main organization web site:

1. Go to the Programs > Manage Programs page.
2. Click the name of the program you want to archive the team sites for.
3. Click the 5 Team Sites tab.
4. Click the green archive button for each team.

Here are instructions for coaches to archive teams from the team site:

1. To archive an old team, click on the Teams tab. 
2. Select the team you want to archive.
3. Click on the Edit Team tab.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and click the checkbox next to Yes, archive this program.
5. Click the Save button.
6. Now when you select Teams > All Teams, your archived team will be in the Archived Teams table.

If you do not have edit access to the Edit Team tab for a team, do the following:

1. Click on the Teams tab.
2. Select All Teams.
3. To hide or un-hide a team, click the eyeball visibility icon. 
4. A green eyeball means the team will be visible and a red eyeball  means the team will not be visible.
5. Now when you select Teams, only teams that are not hidden will be in the dropdown list.
