After Team Sites are created, coaches can print their Roster from their Team Sites.
Before Team Sites are created, you as an Administrator can run a Roster print view report for a one page report of the staff and players. Here's how:
- From the Admin Site Map, click Programs, Rosters and Team Sites.
- Click the blue Rosters icon on the registration program row you are working.
- From the Rosters page, click the Team name link.
- Click the Print View button for a a one page report of the team roster.
You can also run a report exported to Excel of your Roster data by going to Report Exports and selecting the Enrollment Information report. Choose Players at the top of the page, then move "Assignment - Team Name" from the left data list to the right column data list to include this information in your report for each player enrollment.
