Since you can't drag and drop the leagues to change their order, you can put a number in front of the league names (ex. 1 Sunday, 2 Monday, etc) or put blanks in front of the league names (one blank " Sunday", two blanks " Monday", etc). When they are displayed in alphabetical order, they will then show up in the order you want.
