If you would like to send out information for different clinics, tournaments, etc and cc the sponsors as an example, please do the following:
- Go to the Communications >> Custom Contact Lists page.
- Click the Add Contact List button to add a contact list called Sponsors.
- Click the Add Contact button to add the sponsors email addresses to the Sponsors contact list.
- After you have finished creating the Sponsors contact list, go to Communications >> Send Communication page.
- When you select who you are emailing your message to, click the checkbox for your Sponsors contact list.
