Can parents still sign up to volunteer as a coach even when registration for a program is not open for players?

Yes! A option has been added for Individual Youth Registration programs so that Volunteer Registrations can still be placed even if the registration for the players has not opened or has ended. 

To set up Volunteer Registration Start and End Dates:

  • Go to Programs > Manage Programs.
  • Select desired Program.
  • Go to the 2 Configuration page.
  • Click the pencil icon for a Offering.
  • Enter the Start and End dates for Volunteer Reg.
  • Click the Save button.

You can also use the Update Multiple Offerings button on the 2 Configuration page to make these changes all at once to your Offerings.
