Is there a way to send an email to everyone who has signed up to be a Free Agent?

To create an email list from a Free Agent Entry Form:

  • Run the Entry Form Responses report (Reports..Report Exports).
  • Export the results to Excel.
  • Save this file as a CSV file.
  • Create a Custom Contact List (Communications..Custom Contact Lists).
  • Import the name and email address into this new list (Administration..Import Data).
  • Now you can send out a communication to this new list (Communications..Send Communication).
