When you receive a birth certificate for a player, you can update their Account to reflect this. To update the Account, from the Customers tab go to the Account Management "Search" page. Search for a player. Click the player name in the search results. Click the pencil on the Player account row to edit the Birth Cert Validation checkbox and date to reflect the Certificate was received and on what date.
When you receive address validation for a player, you can update their Account to reflect this as well. To update the Account, from the Customers tab go to the Account Management "Search" page. Search for a player. Click the player name in the search results. Click the pencil on the Primary Account Holder row to edit the Address Validation checkbox and date to reflect the validation was received and on what date.
Currently Address validations do not reset every year, but you can contact support@teamsideline.com to reset them for you.
