Admin Viewing Issues Using Internet Explorer 8


Over the last weekend, TeamSideline updated our admin interface software as part of the Web Evolution Project.  Some of our admin users are using an older version of Internet Explorer (version 8 in IE7 Compatibility Mode) and may be having difficulty viewing some pieces of the new interface.  You will need to turn off this Compability Mode in order to view the admin site correctly.  

Specifically, the items identified have been the top portion of the site that includes the User Name, Messages, Help and Sign Out functions and also the tabs used for creating a schedule:

If you login to the admin portion of your TeamSideline website and you do not see the items above, you will need to do one of the following:

  • Click the Compatibility icon located at the top of Internet Explorer to turn Compatibility mode off.

  • Or click on the Tools menu option and uncheck “Compatibility View”.

Once you do either of these steps, you will be able to view the items identified in the first picture above.
