Why am I getting an Unknown or Disabled User error when I try to log into Web Mail?


The "unknown or disabled" alert shows up when the Username and Password do not match.

  • If you have copy/pasted the password, try deleting the space after the last character as the password will be read as incorrect otherwise.
  • If you are still having issues, try typing the password in manually as Copy/Paste can lead to extra spaces or characters.
