Customer paid by check, how do I show that they have paid?

How to show Paid by Check:

  • From the Admin Site Map, click the Customers tab.
  • Search for the desired Account.
  • Click on the name of the Account Holder in the search results.
  • From the Account Overview page, click the Add Transaction button.
  • For Transaction Type, use the drop down to select "Payment-Check."
  • For Amount, enter the desired Amount.
  • For Applies To, enter the Amount to Apply for the relevant order.
  • Click the Add button.
