How to send Team's communications


How to send communications to Teams:

  • Go to Communications > Send Communication.
  • Click on the checkbox next to each list or person you want to receive your communication.
  • You can expand each list by clicking on the expand_arrow_icon.jpg icon and this will allow you to see all of the individuals associated with that list.  
    • Select Team Rosters - Current Leagues for Team Registration Programs teams.

    • Select Registrations - Current Programs for Youth Registration Programs teams.

  • Click the Next button.
  • On the Create Your Message page, fill out required information.
    • Note: For "Rain outs" or other subjects you will need to send communications about frequently, I would recommend creating a "Communication Template" to make the process easier.
  • Click the Send Now button when completed.
