How do we provide scholarships to certain players?

To setup scholarships for certain players, we recommend using Coupon Codes that you can configure for each Program on the 2 Configuration page. 

How to create Coupon Codes:

  • Go to Programs > Manage Programs.
  • Click on the desired Program name.
  • Go to the 2 Configuration page.  
  • Scroll down to the bottom and click the Add Coupon button.  
  • Go to the help page for specific information related to the Coupon Codes.

Note: Once a customer uses a coupon code, you can use the Enrollment Information Report (Report > Report Exports) to pull out the data to see which enrollments used the codes.
