July 25th Enhancements Notification 

We will implement our next Release of 2019 TeamSideline system enhancements tomorrow, Thursday night, July 25th.  In addition to the items below, we have also made many other improvements throughout the site thanks to your feedback.  If you have more feedback, please email bruce@teamsideline.com.

Facility Management – Update Multiple Facilities Availability 

In the Facility Management Module, you can now add single date or recurring date availability to more than one facility at a time.  Go to Facility Reservation > Facilities and click the Update Multiple Facilities button.  Choose Update Type=Availability, select the impacted Facilities, complete the rest of the fields and click the Update button.  If you are interested in learning more about the Facility Management Module, email bruce@teamsideline.com

Public Schedules Page

If you’ve ever wished you could add some information to the top of the publicly displayed system-built Schedules page, now you can!  Go to Content > Page Edit, select Schedules Page – Header Section from the Page to Edit dropdown, type in what you want to display, and click the Save button. 

Public Location Calendar Pages

For each public location calendar page, anyone can now click the Subscribe to this Calendar icon , copy the URL provided, and subscribe to all of the calendar events for that specific location.  This can be very useful for facility staff members and also for coaches and managers assigned to a specific location. 

Account Transactions Report

When running the Account Transactions report under Reports > Report Exports, you will now be able to narrow down your search by selecting only the Transaction Types you want to report out.  Just click the Transaction Type dropdown to make your selection.

Please note that the downtime period to enable these enhancements to be implemented will be from 10pm – midnight (PDT) on Thursday night, July 25th.
