We have several options to view and handle accounts with balances on Registration programs.
1) Go to Reports > Dashboards > Enrollment Dashboard, then select your Program, apply it -- you can filter by name and offering -- also sort by clicking any column heading -- and use the icon on the right of each row to go directly to view an account and other handy options.
2) Under Reports, choose Report Exports then
- Click on the Account Information report
- Click the Primary Accounts checkbox
- Move the Account Balance data field from the left column to the right column
- Click Export
3) Send a communication balance to open balances.
- Go to Communications > Send Communication.
- For Customer Accounts, click the arrow to expand.
- Select the "All Accounts with Balance" option to send reminders to all balances with open balances.
