Important Information For TeamSideline Customers

TeamSideline will implement the final 2020 Release of enhancements this Wednesday night, December 16th.  In addition to the items below, we have made many other improvements throughout TeamSideline thanks to your feedback.  If you have any feedback, please email bruce@teamsideline.com.

Facility Reservation Module – Location Check-In Updates

TeamSideline Sideline Check-In features have been updated based on your feedback.

  • The end user’s name and the current date and time have been added to the check-in result page that appears on an end user’s phone.
  • The Location Check-In Dashboard will now display the questions in the dashboard.
  • The Check-In Report under Reports > Report Exports has been streamlined to show one row per Check-In and will include all of the questions that are being asked.

Ts&Cs Improvement

When a customer enrolls in one of your programs, they have to agree to each of the Terms and Conditions that admins have added to their programs.  We have consolidated the approval of these to each person being enrolled.  So that if a customer signs up a player for two offerings, the second set of Ts&Cs will already be prepopulated with their responses, and the parent just has to scroll down and click the Next button to continue to place their order.

What's Next

We are busily making behind the scenes updates to enable many more enhancements in 2021.

Please note that the downtime period to enable these enhancements will be from 10:00pm – 1:00am (Pacific) on Wednesday night, December 16th.
