How to view Survey results:
- Go to Communications > Surveys.
- For the desired Survey click the
spyglass icon to View Survey. - This page shows the Results of your Survey.
- Note: To change the Status of the Survey to "Closed", click the Close button. When a Survey is "Closed" then the Survey results are final and no more responses can be made to the Survey.
How to export Survey Results:
- Go to Reports > Report Exports.
- Select the Survey Detail Report.
- Configure as needed, click here for more information.
- Click the Export button.
