How to Approve or Reject a Pending Reservation?


How to Approve/Reject a Pending Facility Reservation:

  • Go to Customers > Account Management > Search.
  • Search for the name of the person who has a Pending Reservation.
  • When you see the name of the person who registered in the search results, click the linked name.
  • Go to the Reservations tab and click the pencil icon to edit the desired Reservation.
  • For Reservation Status, click the Edit button.
  • Select either Approve or Reject.
  • Click the Save button.
