How do I track Payments on my Team Site App?

On your Team Site App, Team Staff can use the Payment's option to easily create fee's and track whether your players have paid. Note: Max of 3 fee's can be added.

How to create a Team Fee:

  • Log into your App.
  • Select your Team and tap on Payments option.
  • Tap on Fees and tap to Add Fee.
  • Enter in the Fee's info, cost, and when the fee is due.
  • Select the team members that the fee applies to.
  • You can also choose to have the system send out emails regarding this fee.
  • Click the Add button.
  • Now when members go to the Payments section, they can see the Fee details.

How to track Player's payments:

  • Log into your App.
  • Select your Team and tap on Payments option.
  • Tap on Fees and tap desired Fee to view Fee status.
  • Here you can view and update the Payments for each player.
  • Once you have collected the fee from the player, enter in the amount collected.
  • Click the Save button.
