Location, Location, Location!
If you are needing to cleanup the locations listed on your site because they are no longer being used, head over to Schedules > Locations > Manage Locations. Click the edit icon for any location, scroll down and click either the Archive button (indicates the location was used in a schedule at least once) or the Delete button (the location was never used). Either action will remove the location from anywhere locations are being displayed and will help you cleanup the clutter on your site.
Individual Adult Registration - Age As Of Enabled
You can now set age verification for adults – go to Customers > Configurations > General and change Birthday to Yes. Once enabled, you can setup your Individual Adult Registration programs to check the birthday of the enrollee, just like you’ve been setting these for your Individual Youth Registration programs (on the 1 Setup page, set the Age Validation Type and on the 2 Configuration page, set the Age As Of fields).
Team Site Chat Log
You will now be able to review your Team Sites Chat conversations, searching by Team Name or by the Sender Name. Go to Communications > Communications Log and click on the Team Site Chat Log. While you’re there, check out the Communication Log (emails sent by admins on your site), the System Log (system generated emails sent from your league site on your organization’s behalf), and the Team Site Log (emails sent from members of your organization’s team sites).
Leaderboard Stats – Control How Many to Display
You can now adjust the number of players to display on your Stats Leaderboards, both on the admin side and the public side. Go to Schedules > Configurations > General, scroll down and change Show # of Stat Players to the number of players you want to display for each stat you have defined.
Customize your Menu Bar
If you ever wanted to change the font on your Menu Bar, you can do it now by going to Content > Configurations > Site Layout and use the dropdown to choose a new font from the Menu Bar Font Family field.
Minimalist now has the Zoom option
Are you using the rotating header option on your Minimalist site? If yes, you can now add a Zoom option (Zoom allows the header to move in closer). Just go to Content > Configurations > Site Images and for the Zoom In field, use the dropdown to select ”Yes” and click the Save button.
Settlement Item Detail Report for WePay
For those organizations that use WePay as their credit card gateway, you can now select more than one Settlement to include in your Settlement Item Detail report (located under Reports > Report Exports). On the Settlement dropdown, click one or more entries to include in the data being exported to Excel for analysis.
Please note that the downtime period to enable these enhancements will be from 10:00pm – 1:00am (Pacific) on Wednesday night, October 27th.
