Saved Views of the Multi Location Calendar

The admin Multi Location Calendar (MLC) is extremely useful because it can show a bird’s eye view of all events on all locations in your Site for any day you choose. For example, you can use it when you are trying to find that last time slot or two when scheduling your last Division. It also enables you to drag and drop games, so you don’t have gaps between games when officials are doing nothing but waiting for the next game. After this release you will be able to save views of the MLC so that you can (as an example) have a Friday view that only shows Friday evening, a Saturday view that shows the whole day, and a Sunday view that starts at 1:00pm. These views make it much easier to see just the time period you want to see and not, for example, all of Friday when you only want to see 5:00pm to 9:00pm. The MLC is part of our Premium package and you will find it at Schedules > Multi Location Calendar.

Game Schedules Dashboard

A new online admin Games Schedules Dashboard report (under Reports > Report Dashboards) enables you to select a list of all games for a League, then easily filter by Division(s), Home or Away Team, or Location. Using the Options dropdown, you can quickly link to Rosters, Game Schedules, and Officials Assignments. It’s an easy to use Dashboard of all games, officials assignments and rosters for all of your Leagues.

Enrollments Dashboard

The Enrollment Dashboard under Reports > Report Dashboards has been enhanced for Waitlisted enrollments. The first choice in the Options dropdown is now Accept Enrollment. Select this and a new window is opened so you can quickly accept and confirm the waitlisted enrollment. Make sure the Email checkbox is checked and the player’s parents will receive an automated email letting them now their child is now enrolled in your program.

Standings – Team Sponsors and Colors

You will now be able to add a team color and a sponsor to each of your teams - and have this information display on the Standings page.

First create or edit your Custom Standing at Schedules > Configurations > Custom Standings. Click the check boxes for Team Color and Team Sponsor.
Next go to the 1 Configuration > Display page for any division and select this Custom Standing in the Standings Layout dropdown.
Go to the 2 Teams page of your division and click the edit icon for any team.Scroll down and set the Color, Sponsor Name, Sponsor Web Site fields.

Scheduling – Add Custom Age Groups

We now have the ability to add a Custom Age Groups to your site. An example might be you want the age groups of Varsity, JV, Sophomore, and Freshman divisions. If you would like to add different Age Groups to better define your divisions, send an email to support@teamsideline.com and let us know what you would like to add.

Membership Module

We’ve added some new features to the Membership Module.

You now have the ability to archive a Membership that you no longer need. Edit the Membership at Programs > Configurations > Memberships and click the check box for Yes, archive this membership.
Once the Membership is archived, you can find it at Programs > Configurations > Archived Memberships. Click the green arrow icon to unarchive the Membership or the red x to delete it.

New “Split Layout” option

You can now have components side by side to add some interest to your Home Page. From your menu bar go to Content > Configurations > Home Page Layout. Click on Add Component and add the new component called Split Display. Click on the pencil icon to select the Left Home Page Section and Right Home Page Section fields. You must select both sections to be able to save. Note: This is a new feature so we will be fine tuning and adding more options in future releases.

A/R Aging Detail by Associated Org Report

We’ve added a new version of the A/R Aging Detail report under Reports > Report Viewer called A/R Aging Detail by Associated Org. This report separates out all payables to your organization by the Associated Organization (parish, school, etc) assigned to a customer and then gives you totals for that Associated Organization.

Please note that the downtime period to enable these enhancements will be from 10:00pm – 1:00am (Pacific) on Tuesday night, August 30th.
