To create an Add-On/Buy Item:

1. Go to Programs > Configurations > Buy Items.
2. Click Add Buy Item.
3. Add the Item Name and Item Description.
4. In the Variable Cost drop down select Yes to allow a cost range or No for a flat price.
   • Enter the amount for Lowest Cost and Highest Cost to allow for donation made within that range.
5. Add Item Cost. This is the base cost before variations are applied. 
6. Upload your own image by clicking Remove > Select or select an image from our stock library. 
7. For Variations: Use Variations for Item options like different sizes, colors, or amount.
   • To add Variations: Use the drop down to select Yes. Select No, if you do not want to add a Variation.
   • For Variation Description, enter description for the Variations you are adding. For example, you can enter a description that says "Select Item Size", "Select Item Color", or "Select Amount of Item."
8. Click Save. If you are not adding Variations, you are done. 

If you are adding Variations, you will be redirected to the Variations page. 

1. For Variation Name, enter the name of the Variation you are adding. For example, "Adult Small", "Red", or "5 Tickets."
2. For Variation Value, enter a abbreviated description that will be used for reports. For example, "Adult Small" could be abbreviated to "AS" and "5 Tickets" could be abbreviated to "5T."
3. For Cost Differential, enter how much the Variation will cost on top of the base cost of the Buy Item. 
4. Click the Add button.
5. Click the red X icon to delete a Variation. 

 To add Add-On/Buy Item to Program

1. Go to Programs > Manage Programs and select desired program. 
2. Click on the 2 Configuration tab and scroll down to Add-Ons. 
3. Click Add Add-On.
4. Input desired data. 
5. Click Add.
