To create an Add-On/Buy Item:
- Go to Programs > Configurations > Buy Items.
- Click Add Buy Item.
- Add the Item Name and Item Description.
- In the Variable Cost drop down select Yes to allow a cost range or No for a flat price.
- Enter the amount for Lowest Cost and Highest Cost to allow for donation made within that range.
- Add Item Cost. This is the base cost before variations are applied.
- Upload your own image by clicking Remove > Select or select an image from our stock library.
- For Variations: Use Variations for Item options like different sizes, colors, or amount.
- To add Variations: Use the drop down to select Yes. Select No, if you do not want to add a Variation.
- For Variation Description, enter description for the Variations you are adding. For example, you can enter a description that says "Select Item Size", "Select Item Color", or "Select Amount of Item."
- Click Save. If you are not adding Variations, you are done.
If you are adding Variations, you will be redirected to the Variations page.
- For Variation Name, enter the name of the Variation you are adding. For example, "Adult Small", "Red", or "5 Tickets."
- For Variation Value, enter a abbreviated description that will be used for reports. For example, "Adult Small" could be abbreviated to "AS" and "5 Tickets" could be abbreviated to "5T."
- For Cost Differential, enter how much the Variation will cost on top of the base cost of the Buy Item.
- Click the Add button.
- Click the red X icon to delete a Variation.
To add Add-On/Buy Item to Program
- Go to Programs > Manage Programs and select desired program.
- Click on the 2 Configuration tab and scroll down to Add-Ons.
- Click Add Add-On.
- Input desired data.
- Click Add.
