On your TeamSideline App, Team Staff can use the Payment's option to easily create fee's and track whether your players have paid. Note: Max of 3 fee's can be added.
Note: The TeamSideline App does not collect payments, the Payments option is just for tracking.
How to create a Team Fee:
- Log into your TeamSideline App.
- Select your Team and tap on Payments option.
- Tap on Fees and tap the plus sign to Add Fee.
- Enter in the Fee's info, cost, and when the fee is due.
- Select the team members that the fee applies to.
- You can also choose to have the system send out emails regarding this fee.
- Click the Add button.
- Now when members go to the Payments section, they can see the Fee details.
How to track Player's payments:
- Log into your App.
- Select your Team and tap on Payments option.
- Tap on Fees and tap desired Fee to view Fee status.
- Here you can view and update the Payments for each player.
- Once you have collected the fee from the player, enter in the amount collected.
- Click the Save button.
