Here are some troubleshooting steps to take if your password is not working for the Team Sites App.
1. Make sure you are using the same email address and password you use to sign into your Team Site on your Desktop. Try logging into your Team Site account on your desktop with the same credentials to verify you are using the correct log in information.
2. Check to make sure your password is no longer than 15 characters.
3. Still having issues? Reset your password by clicking the "Forgot you password?" link.
