What is the CMS in the Content Editor?
The CMS (Content Management System) panel stores reusable business information — like the org's name, logo, address, phone number, and social links — that can be connected to elements across the site for consistency.
Access it via the grid/database icon in the left sidebar.
Business Info
Navigate to Business Data > Business Info to manage the organization's core contact details.
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Business name | The org's display name used across the site |
| Business logo | Upload or replace the logo; shows filename and dimensions when set |
| Business type | Should be set to Sports Club |
| Physical Address | Location name and full street address |
| Hide address toggle | Use if the org has no physical storefront |
| Phone Number | Add one or more numbers with labels (e.g., "Main," "Office") |
| Add one or more email addresses with labels | |
| Social Icons | Fields for Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more |
Business Text
Found under Business Data > Business Text. Stores reusable text snippets — like a tagline, mission statement, or short description — that can be connected to text elements across multiple pages. To link text to this data, highlight the text and click the three dots > Connect To Data.

Common Support Questions
Admin says: "My league logo isn't showing up correctly on the site." Answer: Check CMS > Business Data > Business Info. Verify the logo is uploaded there. Also check whether the logo element on the page is pulling from Business Data or is a static image — if static, it needs to be replaced separately via the Image element's Replace button. |
Admin says: "My phone number changed. How do I update it everywhere on the site?" Answer: Two options: (1) Update it in CMS > Business Info if the phone number element is connected to Business Data. (2) Use Find and Replace in the CMS panel to find the old number and replace it sitewide. |
Admin says: "Where do I add our social media links?" Answer: Go to CMS > Business Data > Business Info and scroll to the Social Icons section. Enter the full URL for each platform. Once saved, any social icon widgets connected to Business Data will update automatically. |
