Great question! The AI Playbook (also called the TeamSideline Assistant) is a chat-based AI support tool built into the TeamSideline platform.
This is currently in Beta with select organizations. If you are interested in trying it, please email support@teamsideline.com and ask to be added.

It's an intelligent assistant designed to help organization administrators (like you!) get quick, reliable answers to common questions about running their organization on TeamSideline — without needing to wait for a support agent.
How It Works
It draws from three sources:
- Knowledge base articles — TeamSideline documentation and how-to guides
- Past support tickets — Resolved ticket history to recognize common issues and apply proven solutions
- General AI knowledge — Broad software and sports administration context
What It Can Do
- Answer how-to and feature questions
- Look up live organization data — like your open programs, registration counts, and league info
- Walk you through step-by-step processes
- Recognize patterns from past tickets and apply known resolutions
What It Cannot Do
- Make changes to your account
- Answer specific pricing or billing questions (those need a human!)
- Access external websites directly
