Attention TeamSideline Admins,

We are thrilled to announce the successful migration of our payment processing system to Payrix! All TeamSideline customers are now operating on this new, advanced platform.

Logging In and Email Notifications:

To ensure you are fully leveraging the new platform, here are some tips on how to log in and sign up for email notifications:

• Visit your Payrix portal at: payments.teamsideline.com. 
• Enter your username and password that was created when you set up your Payrix account. Please note, this is not your TeamSideline login credentials.
• Once logged in, navigate to the "Email Alerts" section on the left side menu.
• Choose the types of alerts you want to receive, such as disbursements and chargebacks.

Financial Reporting:

All financial reports and additional data you may need can be found directly within your TeamSideline admin site.  While there are additional financial reports available directly in your Payrix portal, the reports in TeamSideline contain more data about your customer and your programming allowing you to easily reconcile your deposits.

• Reports > Report Viewer (Settlements – Payrix  and Settlements By Date Range - Payrix)
• Reports > Reports Exports (Settlement Detail, Settlement Item Detail, and Settlement Item Split Detail)

Important Reminder:

Starting today, July 1, any refunds for transactions originally processed through WePay will no longer be available directly through TeamSideline. Should you need to issue a refund for a transaction that was originally processed on WePay, you will need to perform a manual refund. Should you have any questions or need assistance with manual refunds, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Now that we are on the new platform, we are excited to roll out new features like ApplePay & GooglePay over the next few release cycles.
