If you have additional Payment Gateways set up for your Organization, you can have Programs or Buy Item's linked to that separate Payment Gateway. For more information on how to add another payment gateway, contact support@teamsideline.com.
To assign a Program to an additional Payment Gateway
- Go to Programs > Manage Programs
- Click the program you want to edit
- Go to the 1SetUp Tab, under Multi-Organization Settings
- For Payment Gateway, use the drop down to select the desired Payment Gateway.
- If there is no Payment Gateway option, contact us at support@teamsideline.com.
- Click Save
To assign an Offering to an additional Payment Gateway
- Go to Programs > Manage Programs
- Click the program you want to edit
- Go to the 2Configurations Tab
- For Payment Gateway, use the drop down to select the desired Payment Gateway.
- If there is no Payment Gateway option, contact us at support@teamsideline.com.
- Click Save
To assign an Add-On/Buy Item to an additional Payment Gateway
- Go to Programs > Configurations > Buy Items.
- Click the buy item you want to edit (or add a new one)
- Input the desired data for the new Buy Item.

- For Payment Gateway, use the drop down to select the desired Payment Gateway.

- Click Add
