We have several options to view and communicate with accounts that hold an outstanding balance.
1) Go to Reports > Dashboards > Enrollment Dashboard > Select the Program. You can filter by Name and Offering, or sort by clicking any column heading. Use the icon on the right of each row to go directly to view the individual's account overview.
2) Go to Reports > Report Exports then,
- Select Account Information report
- Select Primary Accounts
- Move the Account Balance data field from the left column to the right column
- Click Export
3) Send a communication balance to open balances.
- Go to Communications > Send Communication.
- For Customer Accounts, click the arrow to expand.
- Select the "All Accounts with Balance" option to send reminders to all balances with open balances.
