Payrix offers a large amount of Email Alerts. You can log into your Payrix account to control your Notifications.

How to set up your Payrix Notifications:

• Go to payments.teamsideline.com
• Log in using your Username and Password
• Once logged in, click on Email Alerts in the left Menu Bar
• From here, you can toggle the alerts you would like to receive from Payrix.

Note: the Email Alerts we recommend enabling are:

• Disbursement - Processed, Disbursement - Failed, Disbursement - Denied, Disbursement - Returned
• Chargebacks - Al
• Transactions - Returned, Transactions - Failed
