How to set up your Facility Reservation

Step 1. Create Location for Facilities:
Creating your Locations first allows the reservations to show on the Public Calendar pages

  • Go to Schedules > Locations > Manage Locations.
  • Click here to follow the steps in the help page to add all your Facility Locations. 

Step 2. Configure settings for Facilities:

Step 3. Create Parent and Sub-Facilities:

  • Go to Facility Reservation > Facilities and click the Add Facility button. 
  • Click here for detailed steps on setting up your Parent and Sub-Facilities.

Step 4. Set up Sub-Facilities for Reservation:

  • Once Facilities have been added, click the pencil icon to edit the sub-facility.
  • For General, configure the Facility using the steps on the help page.
  • For Availability Rules, set up how availability is defined using the steps on the help page
  • For Availability, set up Facility Availability and Block times using the steps on the help page.
  • For Reservation, enable Facility Reservation using the steps on the help page.
  • For Checkout, set up Checkout information using the steps on the help page.
  • For Photos, upload an image of the Facility and click the Save button.

Step 5. Make Facility visible:

  • Go to Facility Reservation > Facilities and toggle the red eye icon to green to make the Facility visible for customer to start reserving.
