Team Assignments allows you to easily assign Teams to their initial Division, or to move a Team to a new Division if utilizing the 2nd Half Division option.

Note: Moving Teams to a new Division for their 2nd Half does not bring the Team's Standings or Stats.

Note: The "Team Assignment" functionality is not a default option, please email support@teamsideline.com if you would like to add this option.

How to assign a Team to a Division:

Teams imported using the "Team Import"  via Administration > Import Data will show on the Schedules > Team Assignments > Pre-Season page if the League Name and Division Name are not included in the import

• Go to Schedules > Team Assignments > Pre-Season
• To Filter Teams, click the Add Filter button
  • Use the drop down to select desired Filter
  • Click the Add button
  • Select a Filter Value
  • To remove Filter, click the red x to remove
• Click the Checkbox next to the desired Team's name to select
• Once you have selected the desired Teams, you can now select the desired League and Division to assign the Teams into
• Click the Assign button
• The Teams are now assigned to the selected League and Division
• To reset your selections, click the Reset button

How to assign Teams to a different 2nd Half Division:

• Go to Schedules > Team Assignments > Mid Season

• For League, click the drop down icon to select desired League.

• This will pull up all the Divisions and Team's for this League
• For the desired Team, use the drop down to select the new Division for their 2nd Half Schedule
• Once you have made your selections, Click the Update button at the bottom of the page
• The selected Teams will now show in the 2nd Half of these new Divisions
