This article explains how to sign in to TeamSideline using a web browser.
TeamSideline provides two different sign-in options depending on what you need to do:
- Customer Sign-In – For players, parents, volunteers, coaches, and team managers accessing their personal account.
- Administrator Sign-In – For organization staff and site administrators managing registrations, schedules, websites, reports, communications, and other administrative functions.
Note: The TeamSideline mobile app is designed for customer access only. Administrator features are not available in the app. If you need to access administrative functions from a mobile device, open your preferred web browser (such as Safari or Chrome) and sign in through your organization's TeamSideline website or the Administration portal.
Customer Sign-In
Use the Customer Sign-In if you want to:
- Register a player or team
- Volunteer or complete volunteer requirements
- View or manage your registrations
- Make a payment
- Access team information
- Update your account information
To Sign In
- Open a web browser and go to your organization's TeamSideline website.
- Select Sign In from the header section of your website.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Select Sign In.
If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password on the sign-in page and follow the instructions.
Using the TeamSideline mobile app? You can sign in with your customer account to access your registrations, schedules, teams, and other participant features.
Administrator Sign-In
Use the Administrator Sign-In if you manage your organization's TeamSideline site.
Administrator access includes features such as:
- Registration management
- Scheduling
- Reports
- Website management
- Communications
- Financial management
- Organization settings
To Sign In
- Open a web browser and go to your organization's TeamSideline website.
- Scroll to the bottom of the homepage.
- Select Administration in the website footer.
- Enter your administrator email address and password.
- Select Sign In.
If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password on the Administration sign-in page and follow the instructions.
Important: Administrator sign-in is not supported in the TeamSideline mobile app. To access administrative features on a phone or tablet, use a mobile web browser instead.

I Signed In but Don't See the Administration Menu
If you successfully signed in but only see your registrations or account information, you are signed in to the Customer portal.
To access administrative features:
- Sign out.
- Open a web browser.
- Return to your organization's TeamSideline website and select Administration in the footer
- Sign in with your administrator credentials.

If you're unable to sign in after confirming you're using the correct sign-in option:
- Verify you're using the correct email address.
- Reset your password using the Forgot Password link.
- Confirm you have administrator access if you're trying to sign in as an administrator.
- If the problem continues, contact your organization's TeamSideline administrator or TeamSideline Support for assistance.
