The Multi Location Calendar page lets you view your games via locations, across every sport on your site, for any given day.

How to access the Multi Location Calendar:

• Go to Schedules > Locations > Multi Location Calendar.

How to configure your Multi Location Calendar View:

• Use the Location dropdown to narrow the view to one specific location, or leave it set to "All items checked" to see everything.
• Adjust the Display Settings (Slot Duration, Time Label Span, # of Slots, # of Days, Start Time, Advanced) and click Update to refine the view.
• Hover over any game block to see its details.

How to Edit Games directly via Multi Location Calendar:

• Drag and drop a game to change its time or location, including moving it to a different location.
• Right-click a game to open Edit Game, Go To Schedule, or Swap Teams.
  • Edit Game: change the Home and Away teams.
  • Go To Schedule: opens the Create Schedule tab for that division.
  • Swap Teams: swaps the Home/Away teams.

Note: Right-click editing opens in a popup window and isn't available on mobile. If drag-and-drop isn't working in Chrome, try a different browser such as Firefox.

Requirements to Move a Game:

• The time or location must actually be changing.
• The game can't be locked.
• The game's disposition must be set to "Not Played."
• Team sites attached to the game can't be published.
• The new game time must match the game spacing set on the Division's Configuration > Scheduling page.
• For Multi-Org organizations, the move must be allowed by user filters.

Tips for Faster Drag and Drop:

• Work with fewer locations at a time for better performance.
• Single-click a game first to dismiss its tooltip, making it easier to drag.
• Use full-screen mode (icon in the upper right corner).
• Set Slot Duration to 15 minutes and increase # of Slots to drag and drop in smaller increments.
