Overview
As a site administrator, you may want to see all of the customers (accounts) that exist on your site — for example, everyone who has registered or created a profile. TeamSideline offers a few different ways to find, view, and export your customer accounts depending on what you need to do. This article walks through the main options.
Common Questions
- How do I see all of my customers?
- How do I find a parent's account?
- Can I export a list of everyone with an account?
- How do I see everyone registered for a program?
- Why can't I find a customer?
- What's the difference between customer accounts and enrollments?
Search for and view individual customer accounts
The Account Management page is where you look up and manage existing customer accounts.
- Go to Customers > Account Management > Search.
- Search by first name, last name, phone, email address, transaction number, or order number. Only one field needs to be entered to run a search.
- Use the Show More dropdown to expand additional search fields.
- Check Broaden Search to include similar-sounding names, or Include Inactive? to include inactive accounts.
- Click Search. Matching accounts appear in the results, and you can click a customer’s name to open their account.
Tip: When your search matches multiple customers, each result is a link, so you can open several account pages in new tabs.
Export a full list of all customer accounts
If you want a complete list of every customer account on your site (rather than searching one at a time), run the Account Information Report:
- Go to Reports > Report Exports.
- Run the Account Information Report.
- Configure the report options as needed, then export. This produces a downloadable list of your customer accounts and their details.
See the help page for full configuration details: Account Information Report.
View everyone who has registered for a program
If you specifically want to see people who have enrolled in a program (and click through to their accounts), use the Enrollments dashboard:
- Go to Reports > Report Dashboards > Enrollments.
- Click Dashboard Configuration, select the Program and any other options, then click Apply.
- The dashboard lists the registered participants for the selected program. Click a participant’s name to go directly to their account.
Note: This dashboard shows customers who have enrolled in a program, not every account that exists on the site. To see all accounts regardless of enrollment, use the Account Information Report described above.
Which Option Should I Use?
| I want to... | Use |
|---|---|
| Find a specific customer account | Customers > Account Management > Search |
| View or export every customer account on my site | Account Information Report |
| See everyone registered for a specific program | Enrollments Dashboard |
| Find inactive customer accounts | Account Management with Include Inactive selected |
| Search by email, phone number, transaction number, or order number | Account Management |
