To export your games, open the Games report in Reports > Report Exports, choose the columns you want and click Export; League, Division and Team start as All Leagues, All Divisions and All Teams, so one file can hold every game. An export is a one-time file: to keep a Google, Outlook or phone calendar up to date, use the schedule's Subscribe button instead.
Applies to: Admins with access to Report Exports · All plans · Games in your divisions' schedules

Export your games
- Go to Reports > Report Exports.
- Click the Games report.
- League: leave it empty for every league, or check the leagues you want. Archived leagues are at the end of the list, marked "(Archived)".
- Division and Team: once exactly one league is checked, you can check its divisions, and once exactly one division is checked, its teams. Leave them empty for all.
- Location: leave it empty for every location, or check the ones you want. If your site has associated organizations, Organization keeps only games where the home or away team belongs to the one you choose.
- Date Range: All Dates, a range such as This Month or Next Week, or Custom with your own start and end dates.
- Optional: under Filter By, check Not Scored, MTC Flag or TBD Location. Under Include, check Byes to add a row for each bye.
- Columns: move the fields you want from "Available fields" to "Show these fields in this order", with the arrows between the lists or by dragging, and drag them into the order you want. Under "Sort the report with the following fields", choose up to three fields to sort by.
- Set Export Type to Excel (xlsx). CSV, Html and Tab (legacy) are also available.
- Click Export.
What you'll see: a file with one row per game and the columns in the order you chose. To run the same export again later, click Save Report to keep your choices as a report of your own; Reset clears them.
Columns worth knowing
- Officials: add the officials column to list the officials on each game, each as their name followed by their role in parentheses. It lists confirmed assignments only, and it has no phone numbers.
- Playoff games: until a playoff game's teams are known, the home and away team name columns show its placeholder, such as "1st Place" or the earlier game whose winner moves on. Add Playoff Game to see the playoff game's number.
- Auto Coach Scoring fields come in pairs, one for each team, such as "(c) Home field name" and "(c) Away field name". "(c)" marks a custom field.
- Scores and results: the report can include each game's scores and its result (its disposition), with the reason for a canceled game in Sub Disposition. Canceled games are included.
- Locations: the location columns give its name, field and address, and your location custom fields are available too.
An export isn't a calendar feed
The file is a snapshot and doesn't change when games move. To keep a Google, Outlook or phone calendar up to date, use the Subscribe button on the division's schedule on your public site. It shows when Show Subscribe ("Allows users to subscribe to a schedule with a compatible calendar.") is Yes in Schedules > Configurations > General.
If it doesn't work
- "You must select at least one Field before exporting report." Move at least one field into "Show these fields in this order".
- "The Start date cannot fall after the End date." Fix the Custom dates in Date Range.
- Division or Team stays gray. Check exactly one league, then exactly one division.
- The file has many more games than you expected. With League empty and All Dates, the export includes every league, archived ones too, from every season. Check the leagues you want or set a Date Range.
- An official you assigned isn't listed. Only confirmed assignments appear; pending and requested ones don't.
Good to know
- Not Scored keeps games that are Not played or Scoring in progress, or have no result yet.
- MTC Flag keeps games where a team's contact is a multi-team coach: the same person coaches another team that season.
- Practices aren't in this report. The Practices report on Report Exports lists the practices in your divisions' practice schedules; practices that coaches add on a Team Site aren't included.
