If you do not see any information when you log into your Team Sites App, there are three possible reasons:

1. Your Organization has not published Team Sites yet. When your Organization publishes your Team's Team Site, you will receive an email letting you know. If you have not received that email yet, your Organization has most likely not published the team, the team must be published in order for you to see your Team in the TeamSideline App.

2. You are not on your Team Sites team roster. If your team has a TeamSideline Team Site and it has been published, but you do not see anything when you log into your app, you will need to contact your coach or click the Contact Us on your league's site and ask to be added to the roster with your sign in email address.

3. You do not have a Team Site. The TeamSideline Team Sites App is an extension of our Team Sites product. If your Organization is not doing registration with TeamSideline, or have chosen not to utilize Team Sites, you will not see your Team in the App. If you do not have a Team Site, you will not see any information on your Team Sites App.
