To edit Entry Form data fields...
- From the Admin Site Map, click Entry Forms (under Content).
- Click the arrow to the left of the Entry Form name to expand and see all data fields for the Form.
- Click the pencil/edit icon on the row of the data element you want to edit.
- Make the changes to the Field Name, Field Type or other values.
- Click Save.
To add a data field, such as an email field for people to input their email address and have the system do validations that the email address format is correct:
- From the Admin Site Map, click Entry Forms (under Content).
- Click the green Plus sign on the row of the Entry Form name
- Type the name of the data field (like "Your Email Address") then choose Email and Required (if you want it to be completed on every form submitted by people).
- Click Save.
