- From the Admin Site Map, go to Reports >> Report Exports.
- Click on Entry Form Responses.
- Select the correct Entry Form from the dropdown.
- Note: all of the Entry Form Fields created are automatically included in the report. The only optional fields are the "Entry Response Name" and the "Response Date."
- Click Export.
- The data will either be created in an Excel spreadsheet or displayed on your web browser, depending on what you choose for Export Type.
Note: The Entry Form only collects information from the Fields you have created, so make sure you have created a field for Names and Emails for the Entry Form if you wish to export out that information.
