We do have this feature for Entry Forms -- all you need to do is to add a data field with the email address field type to your Entry Forms. When this is done, people submitting Entry Forms get a copy of the email that you receive that summarizes the data submitted.

This is not nearly as robust as the Player Registration Module - the email would say "Order Confirmation" instead of just being a summary of the data submitted.  If you would like to see how the Player Registration Module works, just send an email to sales@teamsideline.com.
