The TeamSideline Premium Upgrade adds many features which help increase the efficiency of all of the core functions in our Standard web site. If you would like to upgrade your site and add Premium, please send an email to support@teamsideline.com and we'll help you through the process.
Communications
- Automatically send an email to coaches when changes are saved on the Create Game Schedule page. There are also configurations to have the email sent to Rosters and associated Officials. You can configure the Coach and Roster automatic communication to only go to teams impacted by the changes on the schedule (instead of all Teams). If recipients have opted in for text alerts they will receive a text with a link to the changed schedule as well. If recipients have downloaded the TeamSideline App and enabled Notifications then the emails will display in minutes as phone notifications as well.
- Auto Coach Scoring including the ability to display Custom Fields (ex. Pitch Count, Surveys or Comments regarding Team Coaches, Players or Officials) on a division’s Standings page. Auto Coach Scoring enables Coaches to score games from their phone email. The email has an encrypted link so Coaches can link the link and easily score games without having to sign in.
- Communication and System Log Email Read Tracking is enabled so Admins know who read email communications and who did not. Click Tracking is also enabled so you know if links in emails were clicked.
- You can create Custom Email and Text Messaging Subscription Lists for people to sign up for without creating an account.
- Email sending limit is 250k recipients/year instead 100k. Texting is set to 6K instead of 3K. (Additional email or text blocks can be purchased).

- Multi Location Calendar to see all games on a day across all fields.
