What are Communication Logs?
Communication Logs are detailed records of messages sent from the TeamSideline system. These logs help administrators:

Track who sent a message and when

View the content of the message

Confirm delivery and recipient status (Premium Subscription Only)

Maintain accountability and transparency across the organization
Accessing Communication Logs
Admins can access Communication Logs via the Admin Site Map.

Go to Communications > Communication Logs.

Use filters such as date range, recipient email, or subject keywords to narrow results.

Click on a specific message to view full details, including the list of recipients and the message content.
Types of Communication Logs
- Communication Log: This Log refers to emails manually created by admin.
- System Log: This Log refers to automated emails sent by the system (welcome email, order confirmations, etc.).
- Team Site Log: This Log refers to emails sent within the Team Site (Announcement email, Team Site communications, etc.).
- Team Site Chat Log: Shows all messages sent within a specific team's chat via app.
