Pitch Count tracking in TeamSideline allows Team Site Staff to record and manage pitch counts during games via their Team Site using the browser or App to access.
Note: Only Team Site Staff members are able to create and Edit Pitch Counts for Games.
Note: Pitch Count is a feature available upon request, please reach out to your Organization to have them get set up with this feature.
How to enter Pitch Count:
- From Team Site Home Page, click the Events tab.
- For the desired Game, tap the blue flag icon
- Use the Player drop down to select the desired Player to record their pitch count
- Tap the Baseball section to enter in a Pitch
- Each tap records one pitch for that pitcher
- Click the Undo Pitch button if needed to undo an entered Pitch for the player
- Once a pitch is entered, the system will automatically update the Player's Pitch Summary
- Use the Player drop down to toggle between players to enter in their Pitches
- Click the Next Inning button to go to the next Inning to record the Pitch Count
How to edit Pitch Count
- To easily edit your Pitch Count, scroll down to Pitch Summary
- Tap the Edit Summary button
- In the Edit Summary, use the drop down to select the desired Player, the Inning, and enter in the correct number of Pitches
- Tap the Save Changes button to update the Pitch Count
Notes: Pitch Count can only be added/edited if the game has not been scored yet. Once the game is scored, Pitch Count for that game is locked and no further edits can be made.
