How to use the Send Options page to send an email attachment:
- Go to Communications > Send Communication.
- Clicking on the check box next to each list or person you want to receive your communication.
- Click the Next button.
- For Create Your Message, enter the relevant information.
- After you enter your message, instead of clicking the "Send Now" button click the "Next" button.
- This will take you to the Send Options page.
- On the Send Options page, there is a Attach a File option. Click the Select button to choose the attachment.
- Click the Send button.
