How to add Misc-Credit:
- From the Admin Site Map, go to the Account Management > Search page.
- Input customers name and click the Search button.
- If they do not have an Account, click the Add Account button to create one.
- Click on the correct customer's name from the returned list to go to the Account Overview page.
- Click the Add Transaction button on the Account Overview page.
- For Transaction Type, select Misc-Credit.
- For Amount, enter the desired amount.
- Add any Comments you want associated with this transaction (remember the customer can see this field).
- To reconcile this credit to a debit transaction (ie. order, refund, credit), type in the Amount To Apply.
- Click the Add button.
